A great, balanced and refined millésime with a very fine effervescence. Superb, lively effervescence feeding a creamy, persistent foam. A beautifully luminous golden yellow colour. A powerful, fruity nose of mirabelle plums and plums. Notes of roasting and chocolate add complexity. The maturity of this millésime 2015 develops into toasty and brioche aromas.
This exceptional cuvée, with its airy structure, sublimates all moments of great gastronomy. With its precision and liveliness, it goes perfectly with the minerality and freshness of seafood. It can also be paired with dishes with intense aromas, such as spicy dishes, which are an interesting way of letting the wine express itself.
Our family-run business has been a proud member of the Club Trésors de Champagne since it was founded in 1971 with Nicole and Jackie Charlier. This membership is strictly reserved for a few winegrowers who can meet very strict requirements. The quality charter applies both to the viticulture and to the blind tastings of each bottle of Spécial Club Millésimé by qualified oenologists and winemakers. The result is an exceptional bottle, the Spécial Club, reflecting the unique character of our House.
In 2015, with the aim of bringing together our exceptional craftsmen, the members of this Club of winemakers, a magnificent boutique was opened in Reims. A unique showcase where you can enjoy tastings and the expertise of each winemaker.
